Shipping Policy

-Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing and verification. Once shipped, your order will take 1-7 business days, depending on location and shipping carrier circumstances.

-You will receive an email regarding your tracking information.Β 

-As of 2/27/2026, Sneakorhead has never had an order to a customer go missing. In the rare event of an item lost in transit, we will work with you to open a case with the shipping carrier.Β 

-Your item becomes your responsibility once the package is delivered. It is the buyer's responsibility to provide a reliable address and properly track the package.

-We only ship within the United States at this time.


WHAT IS OUR RETURN POLICY?

-All sales are final; there are no returns, exchanges, or refunds unless for a mistake on our end.

Are listings new or used items?

-We sell a mix of brand-new and used items. Be sure to read the product descriptions. Pre-owned products on our website will include attached images that display the condition.


Are your items authentic?

-Absolutely. Authentic products every time or your money back, no ifs, ands or buts.Β

INCORRECT ORDER

-In the rare event of an order error on our end (incorrect size or wrong item), we will issue a return label at no charge.

-Incorrect orders must be reported to us within 3 days of order delivery.

-If you have received an incorrect item, please get in touch with us with your order description and the issue. Once verified, we will provide a return label. Do not return any products to us without our initial authorization.

-Please keep your drop-off receipt when shipping out a returnΒ 

-When returning sneakers, PLEASE do not use the shoe box as your shipping box.

Can I hold/reserve an item?

-With a $40 deposit, we will hold on to an item for you. Just DM our Instagram @sneakorhead with the item you'd like to purchase. Once the deposit is paid, we will hold onto your item for up to two weeks until the rest of the amount can be paid.

-Please note that the deposit amount is non-refundable. After two weeks, your deposit will be forfeited.

I am local. How does in-store pick-up work?

-We have recently switched from in-store to online only, meaning pick-up is no longer available. All orders will be shipped.


Do you buy/trade sneakers?

-Yes. Our offers vary depending on the condition of the shoes, size, the current market value, and how well the item fits within our atmosphere.

-Please note that we do not pay direct market prices on items.
